Company History
Precision Fluids, Inc. was founded in Houston, Texas in 1992 as a manufacturer of innovative metalworking fluids and specialty industrial chemicals. Building on core technologies with a decade of proven performance in the automotive manufacturing sector, we introduced “neo-synthetic” fluids to the marketplace. These revolutionary metalworking fluids, coupled with a complete line of lubricants, allowed us to form valued partnerships with an ever growing customer base. We expanded our line to include drawing and stamping fluids, industrial cleaners, rust preventatives, and aerosols, as well as maintenance and recycling services.
We now provide comprehensive fluid management to over 650 machine shops and major production facilities in North America. Our newest sales and distribution facility, located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, will be operational by the end of the first quarter of 2009.
