Water-Based Neo-Synthetic Metalworking Fluid Enhances High Speed Machining

Houston, TX: Precision Fluids, Inc. recently introduced its water-based neo-synthetic metalworking fluid, SPF-Ultra 3342, and is encouraging heavy duty machining clients to convert from straight oil use to a safer, cleaner, higher performing water-based machining fluid. With water as the carrier, significant cooling occurs with SPF-Ultra 3342, preventing tooling from becoming brittle. SPF-Ultra 3342 provides excellent rust protection due to a proprietary tri-phase corrosion inhibitor package. Additionally, it is extremely effective in systems with pistons and positive displacement pumps that increase coolant pressure up to 2000 psi.
