506 Active Cutting Fluid is a medium colored heavy-duty sulfurized cutting fluid for all types of relatively severe machining operations. This product contains active sulfur for excellent cutting and machining performance. 506 Cutting Fluid is specially formulated for machining of ferrous metals and contains sulfurized fat for better lubricity and improved surface finish.

  • Heavy-Duty - Formulated with high levels of active ingredients, this product provides excellent performance in the most severe applications

508 Cutting Fluid

508 Active Cutting Fluid is a clear, general purpose cutting oil for ferrous metals. Clean and pleasant to use, this outstanding product uses a combination of active sulfur and chlorine for excellent cutting efficiency and improved tool life. 508 Cutting Fluid is specially formulated for machining of ferrous metals and contains sulfurized fat for better lubricity and improved surface finish.

516 Cutting Fluid

This product contains chlorine as well as both active and inactive sulfur for excellent cutting and machining performance. 516 Cutting Fluid is specially formulated for machining of ferrous metals and contains sulfurized fat for better lubricity and improved surface finish.

Heavy-Duty - Formulated with high levels of active ingredients, this product provides excellent performance in the most severe applications.

520 Cutting Fluid

520 Active Cutting Fluid is a dark, heavy-duty active cutting fluid for the most severe machining operations. This product contains high levels of active ingredients, including chlorine and active and inactive sulfur for excellent cutting and machining performance. High levels of a special sulfurized fat component provide an excellent machined finish. 520 Cutting Fluid is specially formulated for difficult to machine ferrous metals.

Heavy-Duty - Formulated with high levels of active ingredients, this product provides excellent performance in the most severe applications.

542 Honing Oil

Honing Oil is a carefully formulated blend for use in a wide variety of honing operations, from engine cylinders to downhole pump tubing.

629 Drawing Compound

A high quality flowable emulsion used on heavy forming and deep drawing operations in single and multiple stage applications.

This product is highly concentrated in extreme pressure additives for anti-galling and contains polar additives which give extraordinary adherence and wipe resistance properties. May be used as supplied for deep drawing and severe stamping applications or diluted for medium to heavy applications (floor pans, cross members, torque converters, brackets, ect.)

661 Chlorine Free Drawing Compound

A water soluble, non-chlorinated, synthetic drawing lubricant to be used as supplied for severe stamping applications .

  • Can be applied on ferrous or non-ferrous metals, such as galvanized and aluminum, without rusting on staining
  • Dries to an oily non-tacky film
  • Coats evenly over mill oiled surface
  • Excellent deep forming characteristics on aluminum

1510 Powerdraw

Chlorinated, water soluble, heavy duty, stamping and drawing fluid which can be used on all alloys without any detrimental effects to the dies or tools; Powerdraw contains temperature and pressure related lubricants that enable this material to aid in the most challenging stamping and drawing applications.

Clear Waylube
68 & 220

Clear Waylube is a water white, environmentally friendly food grade waylube that is formulated to provide superior lubrication for industrial ways. This product was developed to provide outstanding anti-wear and rust protection in the presence of moisture. The product is sulfur free and non-foaming.

  • The high load carrying capacity and excellent rust protection makes this product an excellent candidate for industrial way slides that require environmentally qualified products
  • The USDA has approved Clear Waylube under their H-1 specification for incidental contact with food
  • All oils comply with FDA guidelines for food contact listed in CFR Title 21 Part 178, Section 178.3570. The products should be used “as is” without mixing with any other materials prior to use

Waylubes
32, 46, 68, 100, 150, 220, 460

Waylube Way Oils are designed specifically for the lubrication of machine tool ways and slides and similar applications where an adhesive or tacky lubricant is required.

Special lubricity additives provide minimal machine tool way chattering and stick-slip, resulting in smoother more accurate machining, improved tool operation, and fewer work piece rejects. These oils are also recommended where a tacky oil is beneficial in reducing leakage. Waylube Way Oils are fully approved by Cincinnati Milacron under their P-47 and P-50 specifications.

Spindle Oils

Spindle Oils are highly refined, light colored spindle oils for use in high-speed bearings within the textile and other industries.

Cirro R & O Oils are high quality rust and oxidation (R&O) inhibited oils providing excellent performance in air compressors and other applications where a high- quality R&O type oil is required.

Their outstanding oxidation resistance enables extended oil drain intervals with significantly reduced sludge, varnish and carbon deposits on exhaust valves and other compressor components, considerably reducing the necessity of valve cleaning and other maintenance, as well as increasing productivity. They are also recommended for use in other applications which require a long life premium quality lubricant, such as in turbines, pumps, machine tools, gear drives calling for a non-EP (zinc free) oil, circulating oil systems, oil mist systems, etc.

They are recommended for use in all types of enclosed industrial gear drives, bearings, chain and slides requiring extreme pressure gear oils and have extremely good antifoam characteristics and superior water separation.

Inlube Industrial Gear Oils satisfy all major industrial gear manufacturers’ requirements, including AGMA 250.04, US Steel 224, and MIL-2105 specifications for extreme pressure gear lubes, as well as Cincinnati Milacron P-76, P-77, P-74, P-59 and P-35.

Royal 98 Lithium Complex EP

Royal 98 Lithium Complex EP is a smooth adhesive, slightly stringy, and BLUE in color. This new grease is a Lithium 12 Hydroxystearate complex and is formulated for operations from a minus 40 degrees Fahrenheit, but with a dropping point of 525 degrees Fahrenheit!

Resists thinning or hardening in bearings, thereby minimizing leakage and maintaining extended long life service! Minimizes chemical deterioration over extended periods of storage and service, protecting steel and copper alloy bearings against rust and corrosion EP additives provide effective wear protection for ball joints, drive shafts, and other parts subjected to high pressure and shock loading. Litholube Multipurpose Lithium

Litholube MP is formulated from fully refined quality lube stocks, high quality lithium soap, and additional additives designed for both automotive and industrial applications.

Excellent temperature stability; will not melt at automotive service temperatures and is readily handled through normal dispensing equipment.

Royal Polyurea

Royal Polyurea is a premium, high temperature, extreme pressure, multi-purpose, polyurea thickened grease. Royal Polyurea exhibits excellent thermal stability to extreme high and low temperatures and superior shear stability when compared to typical polyurea greases.

Good water resistance and will not wash out. It maintains its consistency under severe working conditions and resists rust and oxidation. Recommended for sealed for life bearings, rolling element bearings, and automotive constant velocity joints.
