Precision Fluids, Inc. offers a wide range of fluid management programs including onsite services such as; fluids maintenance, high quality machine cleaning, waste reduction, consulting services, recycling systems, equipment maintenance, and comprehensive training.
Our laboratory support group utilizes expert knowledge to determine proper pH, perform foam stability testing, evaluate fluid concentration levels, examine microbial concentrations, and test for oil contamination. With this professional analysis, we provide effective evaluations and recommendations to our customers. More extensive testing and analysis is available.
The objective of these services is to optimize the efficiencies of our coolants, which will ultimately reduce customer fluid waste, reduce purchases, increase production, reduce labor costs associated with costly machine downtime, improve health, safety, and environmental concerns, and generally improve shop appearance.
